Young Aficianados Listen to Singer-Songwriter Chaquis Maliq at Hyattsville Arts Festival

The 2013 Fall Festival Season began with the Hyattsville Arts Festival in Hyattsville, MD on September 14. It was a gorgeous fall day with a steady stream of people parading past the tents viewing the paintings and crafts by 70 exhibiting artists and listening to the bands and guitar-players. We were busy, as usual, talking to people about Cologne No. 10 For Men, my Vietnam War satire, and Well Considered, the thriller I set in this area. Many people took the plunge and bought the books, eager to disappear between their covers or give one to a friend or relative. It was a good day.
